If you forget your gmail password or they hack you.
just follow these steps: you must use phone like android,
bb or pc or any phone that support default browser..
default browser is the application that follow your phone come use for browsing.
visit mail.google.com and signin your gmail,if you get incorrect password or somebody change your password some days ago.
then click on help and select "i forgot my password" then you will be ask to enter your gmail address then enter [/b]captcha code[/b] and continue you will see "how would you like to reset your password" choose "send me code through this number" then they will sent one code to your number and put the code to the box there and continue you will now be ask to choose a new password two times and click save...
you are done..you must use browser that follow your phone come...
