Fully Blocked mode allows customers to opt-out of receiving promotional messages via SMS

Partial Block Mode gives customers the option to choose specific promotional messages they want to receive. Any category not selected is blocked.

How to activate DND (do not dissturb)

A customer will be able to perform the following DND(do not dissturb) activities via SMS

Activate full blocking

Activate partial blocking

Opt out of DND(do not dissturb)

Simply SMS "HELP" to the short code 2442 to find out more

For Full DND, Text STOP to 2442.

To receive all messages, Text ALLOW to 2442.

To check DND status, Text STATUS to 2442.

How to Deactivate DND(do not dissturb)

To opt out of the service, you will need to SMS the word "ALLOW" to the short code 2442. Once this is done you will now receive all promotional messages. To opt-out is free.
